Default Rear end replacement help.

I have a 2000 TA 6speed, no traction control, but I do have abs. So I need to replace my rearend and was wondering if one with traction control will work in my car. What are the differences between 3 channel and 4 channel? What else do I need to know???

LMAO @ U

No I didn't break it. I bought the car a few months ago and it was humming when I bought it. I can't stand noises like that so I'm swapping it out and with another 10 bolt w/ 4.10 gears. Yes I know you are going to tell me I'm going to break it, but whatever I DON"T CARE ABOUT YOUR OPINION ON REAR ENDS, I simply need some knowledge on what the differences are on the 3 & 4 channels, will a 4 channel work in my car, and what I should know before hand. DO YOU have any helpful info to give or are you just here to talk ****??

4 channel the exciter rings are on the ends of the axels next to the wheel studs. 3 channel the exciter ring is between the carrier and ring gear

Off topic, but how in the hell did you manage to get your car to make more torque than horsepower N/A?
