Default C5 Caliper Conversion vs Stainless, Fluid and Great Pads

I am looking for some real world experience, and if at all possible, numbers to support it. My suspicion is that if someone went straight to the C5 conversion from a set of good healthy brakes, with the stainless lines, there might not even be a 1 foot stopping distance. This is for a road car, not an SCCA setup or Road Racer.

the advantage to c5 brakes is not just straight up stopping power. fbody calipers actually clamp harder. in a one time test, they might be even, but under road course abuse c5's will not fade/spread as bad.

for a street car, good pads/fluid is all you need.
