Negative Trader Feedback - BEWARE of E-Works!!!

I bought a bunch of interior parts out of a 2000 TA from E-Works on 1/26/10 and sent payment via paypal that same day. I have yet to receive the items and can not get in touch with the seller.

The last I heard from him was on 2/9/10 when he PM'd me the following:

"sorry i have been sick man. i havent shipped your stuff yet. i got a new k member in the mail today and i think the box will be perfect for the center console. ill try to get shipped today and i will have tracking later.

i didnt forget about you man"

I have PM'd him several times since and he had not responded despite him being logged in a few times and even completing a transaction with another buyer 2/7/10 which tells me that the sick excuse was BS!

The original thread has somehow been deleted so I cant link to it. Don't know if any mods can help with that??

Im in the process of filing a paypal dispute.

I just want my stuff or a full refund!!

File your claim right away so that they can put a hold on his money until you recieve your parts.

Once PayPal put his money on hold he must have had a change of heart.

Spoke to the guy on the phone today... he actually seems like a real nice guy.. a bit of a communication issue but i think this is getting worked out

I am having a problem with him as well. Never received my parts after I sent him money.

Do not listen no any sob story from him or anyone. dont release the money untill you get your parts or a refund.

i refunded his 25 dollars total thru paypal today as obviously the 10 dollar part was lost in shipping thru the usps

i believe that is an internet crime and unless insaneauto86 picks up a telephone and calls me its going to turn into an issue with the authorities

Guys I just got home and had the box of stuff waiting for me at the door. Once I spoke to E-Works on the phone everything was addressed. There was a little communication issue at the beginning but if you're having an issue give him a call.
