Default Squeaky Suspension

Well, I got my car stuck in the snow. Before that I had no problem. When I turn it has a sharp squeak that you can hear from outside my car. It's pretty bad, I feel like I'm driving a rusted out beeter. I think its my front struts. If I put a good amount of weight on the passenger side fender if will push down and you can hear it. How hard is it to replace front struts on our vehicles? Is this the problem?

If you have urethane anywhere in the front end, you'll need to grease it. If not, check your control arm bushings.
