Ls1 into a lexus is300 in progress have a question about oil pans
I need to use a front sump oil pan to clear the steering rack on the lexus. The motor I have is out of a 2002 Ws6 transam with a t56 six speed. My question is should I use the 2004 ls1 gto pan or the 2006 ls2 gto pan? Is there a difference? Can someone provide the correct part numbers I will need.
I've done hours of searching with no solid answers to these questions. Any help will be greatly appreaciated.
Here is some part numbers I've found but I'm not sure as to how accurate they are.
GTO (Holden) Oil Pan: 12561541
GTO (Holden) Oil Pump Pickup: 12572654
GTO (Holden) Windage Tray: 12558189 (shared with C5)
GTO (Holden) Dipstick: 12562468 (shared with C5)
GTO (Holden) Dipstick Tube: 12561544
Thanks
Matt

Neat swap - this thread has different part numbers but I believe that the pans themselves are identical. https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversio...-oil-pans.html

This may give you an idea on part numbers. Don't believe the prices, go to Skoggin Dickey or your favorite GMPP dealer for real prices.
