Default New gears whine on right hand turns.....

Had Richmond 3.42 gears installed a few weeks back.
They whine some at highway speeds, but nothing bad.
But when negotiating a right hand turn at anything over 15 mph they whine fairly loud.
They are silent when turning left at nearly any speed.
Normal?

i had richmond gears in my truck and it did the same thing, i thought it was the auburn limited slip whining, i didnt worry about it though... then 20K after are building it i hear a clunk and then a clicking, pulled the cover and found the right upper mains bolts broke, went to a junk yard and got a stock set up... iunno what was the whining and didnt really worry about it... i heard richmond gears are noisy and cant handle too much power, but im no expert...

Yup, I knew richmonds had a rep for being a bit noisey but just wondered why it was most noticeable on right hand turns.
Other then that I really like them.
