air only blows hot... vac problem ?

air only blows hot... vac problem ? My 94 3.4, the blend doesnt work on the hvac. It only blows hot. I assume this is vac operated. What should i do ?
Can it be that little check valve in the engine bay ?

Could be that, could be a bad vacuum motor, could be as simple as a hose coming off of the intake.
Start at the intake, and work into the car. My vote would be the hose is off.
