Default Just replaced DRL, bulb is good but it wont turn on??

Sup guys,

I recently replaced my DRL's, I know the driver side bulb is good because when I unlock the car via keyless entry both of the DRL's light up. But once I actually start driving around the driver side does not illuminate, when I turn my left turn signal on the green arrow just stays solid green and I can see my rear left turn light up but does not blink. Any ideas?

does your right side still work? if so just turn you car on(KOEO) and signal as if you were going to take a right turn and then listen for the clicking noise(on/off) of the relay underneath the dash.
