Default Modded gxp gas mileage?

I really like my folks gxp and have really been thinking of getting one but I don't want to get terrible mileage if I mod it. I get 25 highway with theres hand calculated. If I get one I'm thinking I would do exhaust, tune, and headers was just wondering what you guys get when you baby it, thanks.

I get about 180 to 200 miles on a tank right now and I don't get on it when my daughter is with me which I about 75-80 percent of the time, but when she's not with me I get on it once in a while. Don't get this car if ur worried about gas mileage. There is another thread I did a while back about gas mileage, use the search and it should give u some more opinions

Headers are probably the only thing that will hurt mileage, and they're pretty much experimental and very expensive anyway.

I did get a tune to go along with my "modded exhaust" and CAI, and mileage stayed the same. I get about 26-28 on the highway, and don't do any city.

After the mods it seemed like my g-force computer was reading higher numbers then my fuel consumption computer.

I have a 4cyl sunfire for my "daily driver" however my gp is so much more fun and so much nicer to drive I usually say F*** mpg and take it out.

If you want mpg pick up a v6 or I4
If you want a decently quick boat pick up a gxp !

Wow, That's terrible! Once I hit 180, I still have about a half tank left. Are you pulling a trailer?

240ish almost all city. 25 mpg... I wouldn't count on it. Some of the mpg claims on here are from "factory freaks" and a good portion of the people will never see that. EPA claims 25 is the max on the highway which means that you will be lucky to see it as the EPA estimates are always optimistic.

LOL snowmobile trailer. I'm doing about 98 percent city driving and using my remote start religiously. And have some fun once in a while.

It really would depend on when I set the mpg computer... I guess I have been reseting after I get on the highway and to cruise just to see what mpg I get or maybe I have a factory freak too. (lol)
