In Edit 1.3, there is a fuel pressure vs. voltage table, what is this used for? Is it really able to modify fuel pressure based on system voltage?

It would be to make the fuel computation account
for effects of reduced pump output (esp. at high
flows) when system voltage is low. I doubt it'd
change output, only change injector shot to
compensate.

Ditto.

It uses your injector pulswidth to compensate for changes in fuel pressure according system voltage.
