Default 6.0(best head gaskets)

i'm putting together a 6.0 69 nova.it's going to be a cruiser that gets leaned on once or twice.so far i've got a 80k mile longblock.i've just bought the gmpp oil pan, hooker motor mount adapters, kwik perf alt bracket and arp headstuds and a zo6 cam and valve springs.the car is going to carbed and n/a.what would be the best choice for head gaskets?i'm going to have the heads resurfaced just want them to stay leak free.please don't bitch i'm going carbed,i don't have the extra money to fuel inject it and really don't want to.
