2000firebirdformula

sometimes when im listening to the radio it will shut off and then the antenna will go down and i noticed when it goes off my windows dont work either..but my door locks work...sometimes it lasts for 5-10 secs and sometimes it turns off then right back on ....nothing else goes off and all the buttons stay lit and when i hit recall my clock shows up... any ideas??
