If you have a grease gun put grease in them after there installed (3-5 pumps ea.). Otherwise you need to pull the bushings out and smear grease all over the inside of the poly bushings.

Hello
Thanks for choosing UMI Performance! Yes we offer a pre assemble packet of grease to put on the outside of the bushings on the A Arms. And then put 2-3 pumps of grease in each grease fitting. If you have any other questions feel free to ask. And I will be more than glad to help.
Thanks
Brad

Hello
I always suggest going with a marine based grease (Holds up better to water). And if you have a grease fitting on a suspension part...Then YES you need to grease them every other oil change...depending on how much the vehicle is driven. If you have any other questions feel free to ask!
Thanks
Brad
