Paint & Body Work - Does a low rise firebird wing come apart?

I was looking at my low rise stock firebird wing and i see a seperation on the top skin of the wing. Like it comes apart in two pieces? Is that the case, has anyone pulled the interior plastic and looked to see if it bolts on or something?

It doesn't come apart, that seam is glued.
