Also need a GTO mainshaft, a LS1 Fbody midplate, and a few odds and ends.

i just need it to bolt up to a ls1 its going into a 240sx so it doesnt really matter how long the tailhousing is, we just mocked it up to fit with a t56 out of a 98

I don't understand any of your reasoning, but the vette T56 is a transaxle design run off of a torque-tube and directly into a differential.. You're not going to be able to "bolt it up" to any front engine vehicle without a major conversion.

Because I have a t56 out of a vette. That's all I needed to know. Not worth my time I'll just sell it n get one out of a m6 car

You'd be much better off. Its not worth the time or cost to convert it from a transaxle to a regular transmission with a tailshaft.
