Default Very Important Last of Breed Question

I know how everyone is pretty pissed because some jerks bought a bunch of last of breed packages and decided to sell them on EBAY.

Well from what I believe is that this is a Non-GM product and is not licensed to them.

I may have the ability to make these, but depends on whether or not it is copyrighted. Can anyone answer that question for me.

If its not I would like to offer the vendors on our web site an opportunity to have them, or if they are not interested I would sell them myself to the members for a normal price, non of that EBAY garbage.

Right now it looks like I can make the certificates and key chains, I am working on the badges.

Would they look authentic? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

If I can do them, my plan is that they would look exactly alike, feel exactly alike, and fit exactly alike....

I made need some help with this from owners of this package to make sure it is perfect....But this is all preliminary now, I need to know if it is copyrighted 1st....I don't feel like doing jail time so that all F-body owners can have something, but I want to do my best to see if I can do it.

I am real excited, because I want this package so bad and I bet a lot of other people do too. With my new job I think I may be able to help people

Quick update.

Just talked to someone in my company, they said it doesn't look like it is licensed and it is something they could do.

Now I just need an answer on whether or not it is definitly licensed......

Talked more with my company, they said its a piece of cake to do.

Only thing is I need approval from my CEO and VP, and have to make sure that it is not a licensed product

Also they said if it is approved, for the absolute best match, they would probably need a sample of one badge for perfection.

Not sure if someone is interested in helping me out

Turns out it is a licensed product <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

Maybe I will contact GM and see if they will let me borrow their bird and sign and see if I could make my own design
