Default What would cause this???

Finishing up engine/drivetrain install and am trying to get the system bled, but now the pedal will not push to the floor. It feels like it is pushing against something and stops about 4 inches from completely depressed. I was in process of bleeding and decided to move forward with the engine start in neutral, which was successful. This happened after that..... man, I need this DONE! Has anybody experienced this?

Well, a few things come to mind: If the line connecting the master and slave is not fully connected, it would stop the transfer of fluid to the slave and make the pedal hard. Or, you could have the disc installed backwards which would cause the diaphragm fingers to contact the disc thus inhibiting pedal travel.

The Exo-skel only goes on one way with the disc orientation or the pressure plate would not fit up to the posts. I will check the connection. Thank you for the info.
