Default TSP ory pipe with cutout or 2.5 duals

I'm about to get long tube headers to replace my Macs. I need to know if I should just keep my 2.5 duals with pro flow twisters or get a TSP 3" ory pipe and weld in my 3" cutout that's sitting in the garage? Which one would make more power? I can't afford to get 3" duals unless I find a great deal on used long tubes and duals together.

It is the x-pipe design.

Well the true duals will flow better... x-pipe allows the same rate of air going in to flow out.. the y-pipe you have 2 3" pipes going merging into 1 3" pipe.
