i had thought about doing this, and had thought about doing something similar to what an RX7 looks like. my main reason was i hate riding 3 deep in my car. without the backseat, i wouldnt have that problem. maybe add some subs back there if noise is your thing. i dont have a pic but if youve seen behind the seats of an rx then you get my idea. i might be wrong, it might not have been an rx i saw this in. could have been a fiero

i was thinkin of subs at first but the main point of my delete was to lose weight i just want something to cover it flush and look nice while saving weight.

I did that with my T/A a while back...it's really not much of a weight loss. I mean the two buckets are what maybe 2lbs each, so I just took the back rest out and left the buckets in.

yea its not that much but its not practical to ride ppl in the back its just way to uncomfortable. so i want to make a unit that has a cut out for the hump and goes back to where the backrest was and conforms to all the lines as best as possible. ive seen a couple guys do it but they had amps mounted in there i just want mine plain but have a z28 logo in it kinda how some of the mustang guys do it with the horse
