I can't really tell If it's lowered, never asked the owner. I'm at school right now so can't see the springs or struts, but here are a couple pics. Oh and it's sitting on 17's

hmm, is there any way to tell what setup is on there just by looking? I'm pretty sure their just black springs and never really saw the struts, what should I look for.. in the wheel well or underneath the car

If there are no signs of aftermarket suspension components look to see if the springs were cut...

If the springs are red then their eibach's. I think they're sportlines, had those before and the car looked very similar to your

I'd say either lowered, or like my car, saggy stock springs

I'd say about 1.25-1.5" drop.

Definitely lowered. Try to get a shot of the springs and we'll be able to tell you. But like mentioned, most springs have the brand they are stamped on them, if not, they could possibly be stock springs that have been cut down a coil or 2.
