Default Please help, Elec. Issue

Now Im dumbfounded. I tried to crank it this mourning and it cranked right up. Turned it off tried again and dead!!! Then I went back out there about an hour ago and she cranked right up. Let it run for a while killedit then tried it again and NO go!!! Later this afternoon this is what I found. I dont understand. Any ideas?

Shows 12.2 volts sitting
Shows 10.5+ volts cranking
Cranked up 3 times in a row in succession.
How does a battery charge while sitting?

do you still have power to gauges etc when it wont crank ? could just be a dead spot in the starter

do you have headers &/or gm starter? if the motor was hot when you shut down then it sounds kinda like a weak starter due to "heat soak" you will prob. have issues till you swap out if that is the case

I think thats the issue cuz it seems to crank fine whenever the car is cool. I'm gonna swap out the starter soon.
