Default Help TPS 1.25v from pcm at the plug

so i just changed intake mani's and tb wrote pcm with a speed density tune to start tuning. i figured it would be a little hard to start but after a couple try and alot of choking i decided it was to look into it using hptuners found that at wide open throttle im get 25-30% from the tps, checked the sensor (good) tried a new one a little later any way (no luck) now this is where i stand i found out that my 5v pin from the pcm is getting 1.25-1.27v instead i can't find a pin out for the pcm so i can see if i'm losing voltage somewhere along the way inbetween or if my pcm is hurt and only pushing 1.25v, on another note i decided to check a few other sensors including maf map and iac all had correct voltage. Am I missing something? an does anyone have a pin out for the pcm
