Pico Rivera...Mustang city?

Pico Rivera...Mustang city? Has anybody roll through Pico Rivera lately? I went to go visit my family there and I kid you not, in a span of 4 blocks I must have seen about 20 mustangs of all generations. 5 houses on the same block as my cousins house had mustangs parked in their front yards, 1 of which had 3... a 03'ish cobra, a old school fastback and a 1st gen convertible that looked like it was in its project stage. I asked my cousin what's up with all the mustangs and he said there is some sort of famous mustang shop around there. Anybody know if this is true or any other reason why there might be so many 'stangs there? Just Curious...

I've rolled around Pico and seen a bunch of Mustangs by that In N' Out. Tried to figure out when they meet a long time ago to see if some were down to run.
Pico seems like they have a large Mustang fan base and East LA as well.
