Anyone know if I can get a replacement?

So apparently this was broken, it's the stud for the latch that the rear seats anchor to. The plastic washer that holds the plastic trim down is obviously cracked. Looking for a replacement.

Post in the "Parts Wanted" classifieds....those should be easy to get. I paid $20 for both pins and the little U shapped pieces above them when I had them chromed.
