Let me move this to the Western Members Forum for you. Surely, someone out there on the left coast will be willing to help you out.

I've got a 69 out in San Diego. I'm building a 67 right now also, so I may be of some help, but I guess my first question when you say you bought an incomplete car is what do you have and what does it need. Any rust? body condition? Is it going back stock or are you doing something like a pro-touring build? Having the big parts like engine, tranny, suspension, etc will help quite a bit, but the most expensive stuff are all the little things that add up so fast. The seat belt bolts are $60 for a set plus shipping. The upper headliner rubber moulding is $170 ish for a complete set. www.camaros.net, www.pro-touring.com, and www.lateral-g.net will be great starting points if your looking for what other people are doing with the same type of cars as yours.

Im also in Riverside and I have a 68 Firebird 400. I dont have time nor do I want the liability of working on someone elses car but you are more than welcome to take a look at mine or ask me if you have any questions. My car isnt running but I know them pretty well and have had a couple first and second gen Camaros and Firebirds.
