intake duct resonator

What is best way to get this off of the MAF? I've been prying and tugging for half an hour just trying to get the sumB off but to no avail.

Make sure the MAF is still securely attached to the engine and twist the resonator. Once you break the seal, it should be easier to pull/pry it off.
