I have a 2000 z28 m6 longtube headers, tr230 cam, !air, !egr, !evap. The only code I am getting is a vss code because I converted to a th350. It has been tuned with hptuners and all the codes for the air, evap, and egr also the rear o2s and random misfire for the cam. I have replaced all the coil packs and been through like 5 sets of plugs. it runs great for about the first 2 or 3 minutes and then starts to break up and pop and crack under any kind of load and it always fouls all 4 driver side plugs and the passenger side plugs look perfect. Please this has me baffled any suggestions will be very much appreciated.

Sounds like a bad O2 on that side, do you have anyway to check the activity of the O2's?

Yep, your O2 is going out. It's just not bad enough yet to report a code though. You can try switching your front O2s from side to side to see if the problem follows just to verify.
