sry might be a dumb question,but do all aftermarket head-unit work with the monsoon disk changer or no?

There are no aftermarket head units that work with the factory changer. Even Pioneer HUs are incompatible despite the fact that Pioneer made the changer. There used to be adapters that would allow connecting an Alpine or Kenwood HU to the factory changer but I haven't seen any for several years.
