Default New bcm install
How do you program a new bcm with keyless ign when you can't turn the ing on?

To program any module all you need is power, ground, and a data line. Do you really mean BCM (body control module)? Or are you thinking of a PCM (powertrain control module)?

bcm I've replaced it with a new one and a remote control lock module and i have no ign power

Is this on a c6? Why did you replace these modules? What was your origional concern?
