Anyone near Central Coast, CA have Tuning Software?

I'm looking for someone with tuning software that can turn on the electric fan function on my '01 5.3L Silverado. I'm not sure if I can afford the downtime to send the PCM out. I can drive to wherever you are, assuming it's relatively close.

I'm in San Luis Obispo, CA
