Default fuse box?

sorry not sure if this is the right section.

I've electrical issue. I just change my alternator. blew my battery then I repalced it now my car reads 18v

popped the fuse box (the box towards the headlight)

there wasnt a fuse in empty spot.

I tested all the eight fuses including that empty spot, none of them lit up but the four big ones did.
so I replaced the ones that didnt work still nothing lits up

I noticed theres not a prong in the (LH HDLP DR)

which is that emty one in the pic below.

Is that right or am I gona have issues?????
cause the car drove fine till I had to change that alternator

The only way to know is to put in the new fuse, and see if everything is working ok.

18V is not right. 13 - 14.5 is ok. Anymore is not. I would have that alternator tested, i bet the internal voltage regulator is nfg.
