Default Anyone running Valvoline SYNpower?

Just curious if anyone is running Valvoline Synpower in their car? I was feeling lazy today and decided not to change my oil so I ran up to Valvoline. I haven't heard much about this oil.
My only other question is would it be worth it to swap out the Valvoline filter for say a K&N or equal?

Thanks.

I don't run it in my TA, but in my 97 bird and my 95 bird I used that for both. Never had an issue with it. My 95 I sold in great cond with almost 160k. The 97 I still have with over 200k and still doesn't smoke yet. I beat the **** out of that thing too. Just an FYI tho if you have a NAPA close by their NAPA brand synthetic is the same thing as Valvoline.
