Uploading pic to an album

Uploading pic to an album For some reason I can't upload a pic. It say I have some sort of security something? Any thoughts. I have tried 3 times on 2 different days with the same result. I just tried again with only one pic and it just said upload failed. Whats up?

"Upload Failed" is normally the error given when a pic is too large. I forget the max size, but it's pretty good-sized.
