Default Odd "click" noise LS7 clutch setup! HELP!

So...

I just installed a used LS7 clutch / flywheel in my camaro.

The PP, disc, and flywheel looked GREAT.

Only question i have...

When i push the clutch... there is a "click" noise.... clutch works GREAT... but now after about 20 miles of driving its literally goes "click click" when i push the clutch in... doesnt do it as the pedal rises... only as it goes down and i can feel it in the pedal...

I dont know where to even start thinking here....

Any ideas?

Did you install a new slave cylinder with it? Sounds like something in the hydrolics.

i had the same issue with my jeep, and when i pulled the trans after just installing a brand new tranny, then i noticed that 2 of the fingers were bent and had excessive wear on them. i reused my same clutch. could u have possibly bent them when installing the tranny?

i HIGHLY doubt it. the transmission went in perfectly fine didnt hit the pressure plate at all.

Now master cylinder does have adjustment mod, and it is adjusted to push down pretty far
