I went down to Montgomery Motorsports Park today to screw around and try to get a new PB. I succeeded pretty well, I think

Best motor pass is on the left, nitrous pass ( new PB ) is on the right:



Couldn't get the car to hook for anything, best 60' of the day was 1.881. Now I'm just waiting on a check to get my DR's and run some 10's. I'm fairly confident after today that the car is more than capable of hitting that mark.

These runs were on a Kumho 275/40/17 if anybody is wondering, it's the same tires I drive 46 miles round trip to work on every day. I also hit a new best trap, 118.01.

Congrats man, that's killer on street tires. You auto guys and your street tires are killing me, I couldn't get my 6spd to hook on street tires for nothing. I've been seriously thinking about switching to an auto, your example is just one more check mark in my Auto Box. Keep us updated when you get the DRs. FYI - If you ever come out to Ga and hit SGMP you can use a set of my tires, I have 3 sets to choose from that I know will hook your car. Good Luck

Probably has a lot to do with the fact that I was hitting the rev limiter in 3rd about 100 feet from the traps. Could also have had something to do with the 4000 converter becoming even less efficient on the bottle.

Nitrous came on about 30-40 feet off the line, actually.

If you haven't done so, raise your rev limiter to 6400+.
