I wouldn't do it personally. I don't know what your tolerance level is, but it will be too loud for the cops thats for sure. Someone else will chime in but I would still be worried about the o2 sensors burning out from seeing too much fresh air, although they may be long enough to avoid that problem...

Just wait till you get an X-Pipe before you install the LT's. Even with the X-Pipe, your exhaust will probably still be way to loud. If you want loud though, then i guess you'll get it here lol Just dont be mad when the cops give you a ticket or tell you **** though.

It is the front o2's you have to worry about. They are the ones the PCM reads to adjust fueling. The rears do nothing other than throw cat efficiency codes.

It's great for a DD; I have the orignal LM (loudest), It's really pretty tame around town; I've never been pulled over for it, and nothing else sounds like at WOT...

Check it out; this is with headers:

No Cats + LTs + Loudmouth dumps = Earthquake kind of loud. On my cammed, catted, LQ9 with shorty headers they are still pretty loud, and I routed them all the way to the rear.

Might as well drive around with open headers lol.........won't be a single difference. Look on the inside of the LM1 bullets. Theres nothing there so your basically extending your collector is all.

agreed. the LM1 resonator is nothing but just that. a resonator. no muffler of any sort. there is absolutely nothing inside of it.

Why do they have to be hoodlums? Just cause their black don't mean that they are hoodlums. They were giving you compliments and props on how it sounded. Is that a bad thing? I guess before you start labeling people, not everyone on this site is white or whatever race you are.

****, meet fan.

That was a pretty funny mental picture, though. Would have been the same if four white dudes popped out of the snow and started telling him how it's just like them top fuel dragsturs at the strip. He would have had to have been somewhere with snow, though...
