someone on here did this not too long ago. try a search. i think there was some cutting/welding of the rails

i think the main issue (ive swapped aftermarkets for my stocks) is the non-flat floor. once you pull the seats youll notice that the rear brackets are raised. I think your best bet would be using factory rails w the c5 seats, which i would assume the boltholes dont line up.

c5s have a notorious problem with the factory rails bending if you 'plot' into them, and then they rock back and forth. Id recommend going aftermarket, since theyre better looking (if thats why you want them; c5s use basically fbody leather) and if you want performance, c5 seats blow, so skippit.
