Number of teeth on a 98 fly wheel?

Number of teeth on a 98 fly wheel? I swapped to an ATI flexplate and now the starter hangs up. I replaced the starter thinking it was going bad since I still had the factory one on the car. It still does it with the new starter.
Just wondering if the ATI flexplate (168 Teeth) has more teeth and is causing my troubles.
