MSD 8950 RPM Activation diagram

MSD 8950 RPM Activation diagram Can anyone help me out with this thing? Everything seems to be hooked up right, but it's not wanting to activate the electric shifter solenoid. I can ground it and it works but when I get to the RPM I have it set to shift at (3000 ex.) it won't work.
I've went by MSD's instructions which are for a MSD box but it says it should work with stock ignition.
Anyone have this figured out so maybe I can diagnose this problem?
Out of the RPM Activator:
I've got the red wire to a switched 12v
Black is grounded
White is going to PIN #10 for RPM's
Yellow is the activation wire going to #86 on the relay
