looked into decoding my rpo codes cause my car is a b4c and had the door codes taken off the car so i had to look it up by vin number. found most but i have a few i just cannot find anywhere was wondering if you guys could help me out.

Not trying to hijack thread, but does anyone know what these 6 that I have circled are? I have been looking for years, but never came up with an answer. I know what all the others are. Any help is greatly appriciated.

6ZM and 7ZM are front springs.

Go to any GM dealer, give the parts department guys your VIN and ask for a full option code print out for that VIN. They will give you a GM VIS report that will decode each and every option code for your VIN, and also show your build date.

Thanks for the info. 2002SOM-ss helped me out greatly with finding the other info I was missing. I tried going to the GM dealer that is close by and they were dicks about giving me the info. That was years ago and I never tried again till I saw this posting. I just read all the posts pertaining to RPO codes on tech and slowly I would find 1 or 2 that was on my door that wasn't in the sticky. I think I had upwards of 12 that weren't listed.

Sorry to hear that. I have a good relationship with my local Chevy dealer (have a parts account there, bought several cars there and have been doing business with them for about 13 years now). I just walk into the parts dept. and ask them to run the option codes for a given VIN. They've always been happy to do it.

Poor customer service on their part if they refuse. I'd try another dealer.

They used to always be friendly. Whenever I had to run to the dealership because we needed a part quicker than their delivery guy would deliver to the shop, I got to know a bunch of them over the years. But when I quit the shop a few years ago, I didn't go as much, and I swear they have new people there every month. Never the same person twice. Definately a different atmosphere there from years past.
