Default C4 Ls1 Swap, wheelie picture

I finally pulled a freeze frame from a video at the track...

This is leaving on a 250 shot....car pulled a 1.42 60 ft and went 110 mph in the 1/8th mile.... then the converter exploded...oh well..

The drivers side wheel was a good foot off the ground, passenger side about 6 inches...

still on the stock independant rearend Dana 44 with zero suspension mods, still have the factory shocks on it! 15x10 Weld Prostars /w 28x13.5 ET streets
Car should ran a 9.60-9.80 on this run but the tranny/converter didnt survive...

It was a forged 346, lpe cnc heads (flow 270), TR227/230 cam, ls6 intake, 3500 converter, 3.91 gears, mac headers etc.

Thumbs up

Nice pic, and nice car!

That looks like a ZR1 style body (widened from the doors back), is it?

Nah just a early c4 body style updated with the zr1 rear bumper and a 96 front end...
and nothing better than a ls1 to power it and give me 20 mpg!

There are plenty of hard hooking IRS Vettes. I think all of the 9 second MTI vettes are still IRS....

110 mph in the 1/8?? Thats strollin man, get the verter worked out and thats gonna be a SICK car...
