will my lt1 t-56 parts fit into a ls1 t-56 Alright i have a built t-56 out of a lt1 car. Im thinking about building a ls1 t-56. I know the housings are different because of the push and pull hydraulics, i also read that the input shafts are different. Is that it? Is everything else the same. I.E. the gears, all internals? Basically it cost $2500 to build this trans and if i get a ls1 trans and switch them out i will save alot of money. What do you guys think?
