Need Trans near Memphis TN Whats up everyone, I did the unavoidable, blew up my 4l60e. I am looking for somewhere to get a low miles pull out tranny to throw in it. Does anyone know any good places near Memphis TN? On a seperate note, does anyone know what all models vehicles with the 4l60e will swap into my 00 camaro?

There is a place in between Corinth Mississippi an Memphis that has ls1 motors and tranny pull outs I can't remeber the name but I'll look when I get home and see what the name and number was I have family that lives in Memphis and I was goin to get a ls1 swap for my 97 z from this place when I was on my way to Memphis but the money and the time haven't got together lol but if I find the number I'll post it up

hey charlie i know where your talking about I cant think of the dang name either, thats where I wanted to go, its like performance something something... have great low mileage pull outs, was hoping someone knew that spot... Ill call that number you gave I appreciate it, finding somewhere with reputable mileage figures on their trannys is hard, so I was hoping to find some places people had good experiences, Ive already pulled the motor trans once and now Im going to try to do subframe in-car trans swap, and id sure be pissed if i put a bad tranny in lol!!! good ole fbodies, wishing i left that top tranny bellhousing bolt out when i did engine swap now...

If you didn't mine the drive Billy graham's camaro outside of Birmingham, al is a real good place you can google for the number I beleive they ship also I have talked to them several times and heard nothin but good things about them if you wanted to give it a shot
