Default Directionals blinker do not work.... Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi...

My Camaro's directional blinkers do not work, now I don't mean the bulbs. I'm talking about the lights on the dash, When I turn left/right, the dash light doesn't blink AND also the lights don't blink at all. But the weird thing is that, when I put on the hazards, they lights on the dash come on and the lights actually blink! It's very unusual! But prior to this, my blinkers were always blinking very slow, you know. Like it doesn't blink like the other cars are. So I'm thinking that ... It could've been slowly dying out on me. So... my question to you is this...

How do I fix this problem?
Change some resister in the car or something?

I don't even know where to begin.....

Thanks!!
Any help is appreciated!

Ok,

So I bought it today and my question to you guys is that.... Where does this flasher relay goes into?

I, for some reason couldn't find the location where this flasher relay will be put into?...

If anyone has a picture, please let me know!

Thanks!
