Default Driver side foglight flicker

About 6 or 7 months ago I bought LED bulbs for my fogs. A couple weeks ago the driver side started to flicker and sometimes not turn on. So I figured it was the cheap eBay LED foglight and so I purchased a set of DDM tuning 880 HIDs. When I installed them the driver side didnt want to turn on and when it did it would flicker just like the foglight. I switch the driver to the passenger and it worked perfect. The wiring looks fine. No wires exposed. What can it be?

It has to be a connection issue somewhere. . . . I never ran into this.

When I did the HID's I ran them through a relay so the power does not draw from the harness.

You can do the same, kind off way of rigging it up. But, it should work well.
