Default Just installed: AR 1-7/8" long tubes on the T/A

Just got my ARH headers on this weekend, fitment was pretty good aside from having to remove my steering shaft due to the size of the primaries, everything else went pretty well. I did notice they are a good bit shorter in length than the pacesetters so take note, but overall the quality is superior and fitment wasn't half bad, highly reccomended for top-tier headers

My 402 gained over 16 rwhp and over 7 rwtq by swapping out the 1 3/4 big name brand, for the 1 7/8 ARH.

Good mod bro you'll like them. Just get her tuned so you aren't running lean. I've read about some guys having no issues at all and some guys not getting the car tuned post install and running into all kinds of issues.

Do you have a pre install dyno sheet? Would love to see how much you gained.

Thanks, the numbers in the sig are with the Pacesetters, I'm going to have it dyno'd very soon to document the difference.

i didn't have to remove anything on the drivers side with my AR 1 7/8 headers. the passengers side is a pain for me. i don't remember if the starter had to be dropped or what.

Yea the starter had to come down and it didn't want to slide back up with the wiring attatched, had to reatatch all the leads with the starter up in place lol. Steeering shaft was a quick affair.

They are awesome headers, tough too. I had the misfortune to run over a cabbage sized chunk of concrete from a curb. Direct hit to a weld on a primary...small dent, no leaks. I couldn't believe it. Great steel and great workmanship, wouldn't install anything else.
