Wow... Just wow.... Might I suggest taking the 700 dollars and invest it in some schooling? I would start by learning some punctuation, grammer, and sentence structure to better iterate what you're looking for. Maybe learn how to express yourself through the english language instead of coming across as a 18 year old punk fresh out of a gangsters highschool in the bronx.

This is another way of putting what you just said.

I'm looking for suggestions how to make my car sound better and perform better with a budget of just 700 dollars. I only have til friday really but I'm looking to make my car loud as possible without denting my wallet. So I'm thinking maybe a full exhaust? Headers, ORY-pipe and a exhaust system? I prefer SLP but what do you all suggest? Any and all help is appreciated!!

With 700 bucks get a set of eBay headers for about 200 and a TSP true dual setup for just under 500. Way meaner sounding than an SLP catback and more power gains as well.

Aaaaand...improper use of "your." Correct wording would be "you're." Not having a good day, are we?

NX wet kit.. Then remove the catback exhaust (free), and put a magnaflow bullet muffler ($70) directly onto the y-pipe with a dump. Now you have great sound, great power, and you only spent $600. Take the other $100 you saved and hit the strip club after the track.

Just take the whole exhaust off including the manifolds. That will be really loud... for a while.
