Default C5 P0343 code

Im getting this code shot to me. there is a history, and it seems intermitten. im seeing a few things why this could happen but not to sure.

it did throw the code to me after it took a few extra seconds to start, or did it do that because of a bad sensor not being able to tell if the engine was ready for intake or exhaust, or just not enough juice to turn the engine over then threw the code becuase how long it took?
on top of it i only have 2 days till shes out of inspection, which isnt that big a deal but sucks.
any help on this would be AWESOME.

thanks, i did actually find that same page. im hoping its just an dactual voltage prolem or sensor issue. and not loose cam bolts which is what some of the vette guys are saying it could be.
