Default Ls2 intake into LS1

Well its pretty basic questions. I can get an ls2 intake for about 150 bucks which everybody knows is about half of an ls6. Wondering if it will bolt up straight to the ls1 stock heads. Also what about the TB can I use my stock one on the ls2? I have heard the ls2 intake is good and comparable to an ls6is this true? I plan on going mostly bolt on's maybe cam later on no heads. Stock 853 heads were ported and polished according to last owner but not for a fact. Would I see any gains from going to the LS2 intake? Is it even possible to swap this over. Thanks

There is a reason most people don't put on LS2 intakes on LS1 engines. You will need the LS2 fuel rail and I think you need adapters for the conections on the injectors. Just get the LS6, it Flows better.

It will not bolt right up and the reason why its half the price of the LS6 is because you would only see a few hp uptop from the swap...imo its not worth the time or cost of the additional parts..When all is said and done it'll probably be cheaper to get the LS6 that will be a direct swap and actually see some gains.

it will bolt to the ls1 heads but you will need fuel rail and injector adapters, katech carries all of these.
