Exclamation Break in springs before sway bar install?

Hey guys please clarify with me. I have a buddy who says he needs to break in his news springs before he puts his sway bar on. Break in meaning a couple thousand miles. Is this true? Why do the factory cars not do it?

No break in. Just make sure the suspension is loaded when torquing the endlinks.
